    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Express Service Technician to join our team at Johnson City Acura/Mazda.

    This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repairs and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

    This is a full-time, hourly technician position in the auto industry located in Johnson City, Tennessee.


    Compensation & Benefits:


    The Automotive Express Service Technician will be compensated at a rate of $16 to $17 per hour, based on experience.

    This position offers a biweekly pay schedule and may include additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts on vehicles and parts.


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
    • Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures for all service and repair tasks
    • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe work environment
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers
    • Continuously develop and improve technical and mechanical skills through training and handson experience

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
    • Strong technical and mechanical skills
    • Knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment and resources
    • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
    • Ability to work well in a team or independently
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
