    About the Opportunity:


    We are looking for a Director User Experience who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets.

    You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, adoption, accessibility, and exceptional visual design..

    all while driving consistency and value.
    You strive daily to ensure user-centricity is a core tenet in building products.

    You enjoy coaching your teammates about product design, innovation frameworks, and you enjoy applying your leadership skills to align the team to a common goal.

    You have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX/UI design challenges by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.


    Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:
    Researching user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
    Enhancing our comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand.
    Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
    Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

    Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

    Leading the design process from problem discovery through implementation while continuously measuring impact.
    Guiding and validating design decisions through analytics and research, synthesizing new research methodologies appropriate to different customer and business problem scenarios

    Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

    Adhering to and continuing to build out style standards and brand guidelines on typography and graphic design.
    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    A bachelor's degree (or comparable certification) and a minimum of 8 years UX/UI design experience for digital products or services.

    A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
    Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, , Miro, Azure DevOps
    Strong experience working with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
    Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
    The ability to make unbiased decisions based on analytics and research.
