We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philippi to join our team.

As a Philippi, you will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • Managing and coordinating employee vacation schedules
  • Implementing company pension plans
  • Overseeing company health management initiatives
  • Facilitating bicycle leasing options for employees
  • Providing company vehicles for business use
  • Managing and scheduling personnel responsibilities
  • Ensuring optimal process management
  • Adapting operational processes to meet customer needs and documenting changes in the quality management system
  • Training and onboarding employees in your area of responsibility
  • Overseeing quality management processes and handling customer feedback
  • Planning and scheduling employee vacations and work assignments
  • Leading and managing employees in their daily tasks
  • Providing production support when needed
  • Maintaining close communication with customers and suppliers
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive industry, such as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, Karosseriebauer, or Kfz-Lackierer
  • Several years of leadership experience in the automotive sector
  • Previous experience in a car dealership or used car management
  • Knowledge of business and customer service practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
