Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Project Office Specialist in the Ridgefield, CT area.
  • In your new role as Project Office Specialist, you closely collaborate with the Head of the Project Office to set up and continuously develop the new Global CTSU Project Office.
  • With your experience in supply chain management, you contribute to maintain and improve the global CTSU project plan templates in Planisware and act as CTSU Keyuser role to ensure correct CTSU detailed project plans for all NBE, NCE and NTM trials incl.
  • IIS and Company sponsored trials for commercial products.
  • Thanks to your expertise in clinical supply chain management, you are responsible for generating and providing reports from several systems to support global CTSU management and medical budgeting.
  • With your knowledge in GMP you contribute to daily operations to support project work, trial management and supply chain activities for Clinical trials supplied by CTSU.

Experience:


  • Bachelors' Degree 35 years working in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Ability to learn multiple computer systems.
  • SAP softwarebased computer systems experience.
  • MS Office and MS Teams experience.
  • MS Teams Meeting or Virtual Meeting software experience.
  • GMP and GCP Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations knowledge.
  • Required Skills: OPERATIONS
