The Role

As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, reporting directly to the CMO. You'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, managing projects, and supporting leadership on various initiatives. Success in this role entails building long-term, trusting relationships with clients, the internal team, contractors, and other stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be facilitating communication between team members and clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing complex projects, tracking budgets, identifying upsell opportunities, and addressing issues promptly. Attention to detail, a results-oriented mindset, and a "can do" attitude are essential attributes for this role.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Job:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Proactively manage client business objectives and expectations, both internally and externally.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and monitor budgets and ensure proper use of our client's investments.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement with existing clients.
Prepare and deliver reports on account status to clients.
Assist with client requests or escalate as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by company leadership

Experience:

3-4 years of client facing project management experience

Technology:

Google Suite, Microsoft Office
Asana project management system
Harvest time tracking
Slack
