    You will own the complete life cycle of major projects and drive the process from start to finish.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners and field operationsCoordinates and responds to request for change from original plansIdentifies, assesses and minimizes risks throughout the project life cycleObserves team dynamic and adjusts methodology accordinglyIdentifies opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for changePerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience3+ years' experience in Facilities Management Experience managing large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTravel as neededApply to ESFM Services todayESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
