- Oversee all financial operations of the firm, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage the preparation and submission of all tax filings, including sales and use tax.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial management with short and long-term operational goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure budgets align with operational goals.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring all audit requirements are met.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to guide the overall direction of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably with job cost experience.
