Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
Provide safety training and education programs to employees at all levels
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and compliance efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in a safety role, preferably in a construction or field service environment
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
