Description
Rhode Island Hospital & The Miriam Hospital, affiliated hospitals of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University have an opening for a non-invasive cardiologist specializing in general cardiology.
Teaching opportunity as faculty on the hospital teaching servicesWeekend call 1:5
Night call is 1:15 (light from home)
Strong team of dedicated support staff including APPs, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Secretaries
Time is split between cardiac noninvasive testing, outpatient office and inpatient cardiac consultative services
Potential for an academic appointment to Brown University
EMR is EPIC with a commitment to on-going optimization
~ Board certified or eligible in Cardiology
Fellowship training in cardiac imaging
Exposure or interest in cardio-oncology and or QI preferred but not required
A track record of excellence in teaching and patient care in an environment that fosters diversity and inclusion.
