Overview:

Duties:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures for each project
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Primavera)
• Proficient in budgeting, contract negotiation, and construction estimating
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
