About us:

For our on-site project at our client Vibracoustic SE & Co.

KG in Hamburg-Harburg, we are looking for an Operator (m/f/d) for the production of rubber coatings for air suspension systems / automotive parts, starting as soon as possible.


What we offer:


  • Hourly wage of € plus travel cost allowance or HVV job ticket
  • 37.5 hours per week in a 4shift system
  • Longterm employment and the opportunity for a permanent position after 9 months as an Operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Production of components, known as sleeves, as a machine operator (m/f/d)
  • Operation and setup of machines as well as minor maintenance activities
  • Adherence to guidelines and instructions
  • Keeping the workplace clean
  • Quality assurance through process releases and stops
  • Creation and processing of company information
  • Participation in improvement activities for continuous improvement

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), machine operator (m/f/d) or another technical profession
