As an Account Manager with State Farm Insurance Agent Jake Pinto, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experience that reinforce the growth of a fast-paced modern successful insurance agency.

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, identifying customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to new and existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Use a customerfocused, needsbased review and follow up process to generate sales.
  • Educate customers about insurance coverages and options to establish long lasting relationships and create referralbased sales sources.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Previous outside/inside sales experience.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, anticipate their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to sell, assist, retain customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
  • Proactive in problemsolving.
  • Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License.


  • Bilingual

  • Spanish preferred.
