    Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Full-Time) - Einstein - Philadelphia 75K Sign-On Bonus



    We are seeking CRNAs to join our team at Einstein Philadelphia Campus, a prestigious academic institution in Philadelphia. With 40% of our staff having a long tenure of 15 years or more, we offer a wide range of cases and perform cutting-edge procedures. As a level 1 trauma center and a hub of excellence in various specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, and gastroenterology, we provide state-of-the-art equipment and utilize Epic EMR. Additionally, we are a magnet hospital.

    • Sign-on Bonuses: $75K for a three-year commitment, $50K for a two-year commitment, or $25K for a one-year commitment.

    Primary Function:

    The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is a registered professional nurse who has completed an accredited nurse anesthesia program and passed the certification examination. Collaborating with an attending anesthesiologist, the CRNA delivers comprehensive care to patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. This role follows the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act and departmental protocols.


    Essential Functions:

    • Conducts pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
    • Administers general anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists
    • Adjusts patient's physiologic condition during procedures
    • Transfers post-operative care responsibility
    • Provides professional care until patient recovery
    • Administers various types of anesthesia
    • Supports departmental procedures
    • Other specialized responsibilities
    • Interacts professionally with coworkers and visitors

    • Interviews and prepares patients
    • Records patient data accurately
    • Communicates effectively with the care team
    • Performs approved clinical procedures
    • Cooperates with colleagues to ensure departmental objectives are met

    • Maintains monitoring equipment
    • Adapts to changing departmental needs
    • Commits to excellence and supports management
