Position Overview

As the deputy nursing station manager, you will be responsible for the 30-bed intensive care unit S32a/b at the Benjamin Franklin campus.

The focus of the unit is the care of patients with cardiological/nephrological diseases, extracorporeal systems (ECMO), acute care after cardiac arrest (Circulary Arrest Center), renal replacement therapy, and the provision of resuscitation services at the campus.

Your personal competence development is of particular importance to us, through goal setting and our innovative employee development programs.

As the deputy nursing station manager, you will work closely and trustfully with the station manager, nursing center management, nursing directorate, and medical service.

Your tasks are primarily based on the goals of Charité Intensive Care.

Your work requires a high level of professionalism and interest in the specificities of intensive care in the field of top-level university medicine.

The nursing care of our patients is based on the latest scientific findings, research, and best practices.

You are jointly responsible for shaping personnel management and development of your future employees and support the Charité 2030 strategy.
