We are looking for a

Construction Estimator - (m/f/d)

for our client in Penn Valley, CA to join their team for a long-term collaboration starting immediately.

Our client is:

A wellestablished and expanding company in the field of civil engineering
Familyowned with a great working atmosphere
70 permanent employees
Currently working on 35 projects in the Lake Constance/Upper Swabia/Allgäu region
Flat hierarchy and short decisionmaking processes
Looking for new employees to strengthen their existing team

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating measurements and quantity calculations
Billing of construction services (on time and accurately)
Supporting the construction management in cost control
Managing change orders

Your qualifications:

A degree as a construction technician (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), or master craftsman in construction (m/f/d)
Good computer skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
You are organized, enjoy working in a team, and possess good communication skills and assertiveness
Willingness to work and flexibility
