Accounts Receivable Specialist
.

What You'll Do:

Receiving and recording of customers payments received from multiple lockboxes, EFTs, wire transfers, credit cards, etc.

Identifying customers remittance and posting payments to the correct account by invoice.

Creating short payments and deductions on customer's accounts as directed by customers remittance advice.

Reconciling cash postings to cash receipts on daily basis.

Research all unapplied cash on account meeting set metrics.


What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 23 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • JDE experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizations skills.
  • Experience with lockbox and check management systems.
  • Proficient working with multiple software systems and reporting tools, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills are required, including vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Ability to meet structured deadlines.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of process and procedure.
