- Implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for adopting new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management activities with project objectives.
- Recommend participants for change champion networks to drive change adoption and success.
- Create communication and training materials to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Advocate for change and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal discussions and learning opportunities for personal development.
- Contribute to the growth of the change management practice by working on deliverables.
- Bachelors Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Finance, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or Certified Change Management Professional preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management or related fields.
- Experience in IT, finance, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Miro and Jira is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present to large groups effectively.
- Desire to support people through change daily.
- Ability to manage change impact effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools like SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with teams globally.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
