    About the Role:

    Job Title:
    Supplier Management Analyst


    Key Responsibilities:
    - Implementing the Supplier Management Framework covering strategic supplier selection, contracting, compliance, performance, and relationship management
    - Collaborate with internal business units and suppliers to define and assure fulfillment of business expectations and contractual obligations
    - Execute strategic processes to continuously assess the delivered value


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of supplier relationship management experience OR 9 years of relevant experience.
    Proven ability to drive change.
    Track record of delivering cross-functional projects in a complex organization.
    Proficiency in managing contracts, customer relationships, suppliers, and sourcing strategies.
    Demonstrated experience in handling challenging relationships and conflict resolution.
    Strong skills in simplifying complex concepts/processes to achieve concrete results.
    Effective communication and interaction with colleagues, management, and clients.
    Efficient time management, prioritization, and decision-making.
    Analytical problem-solving and consultative mindset.
    Teamwork and collaboration abilities.


    Desired Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Health Care Management.
    Master's Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Management.
    Further education or certifications in Supplier Management, Health Care Management, etc.
    Previous experience in IT, Health Care Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Government, Insurance, or Healthcare.
    Familiarity with quality methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma, including related tools and techniques.
    Knowledge of Contract Financial Management practices including invoice tracking and budget analysis.
    Understanding of procurement technologies and foundational IT systems.

    Salary Range:
    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000. Factors affecting compensation may include geographical location, market conditions, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
    Benefits:
    The Company provides the following benefits, subject to eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, 5 personal days accrued annually, paid time off complying with relevant sick and safe time regulations, 10-15 days of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday yearly, and access to the Ascendion Learning Management System.
