Our internal team in 38100 Braunschweig is looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join us full-time or part-time Career changers are welcome

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Independent management of our existing and new clients in the area of your branch
  • Creation of job advertisements in consultation with your client companies
  • Collaboration in the creation of meaningful qualification profiles for your clients
  • Efficient planning and scheduling of personnel assignments
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Cooperation with educational institutions and the employment agency
  • Support of employees during their assignments with our clients
  • Onsite workplace visits.

For this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Completed training in the field of personnel services (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification, first professional experience in the field of personnel or sales is desirable. Career changers are welcome
  • Convincing appearance and communication skills, combined with social competence and enjoyment of working with people
  • Structured and conscientious work style with a drive for success
