Assistant Manager


Pay rate:
$23-26 an hour depending on experience.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill an easy lunch menu, ensuring high quality and timely service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the beach club.
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure all duties are being completed efficiently.
• Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both members and staff.
• Ensure the building is opened and closed according to schedule and maintain cleanliness standards on a daily basis.
• Ensuring food inventory is taken and food shopping is done.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a food handlers certificate.
• There are four events this season that will require you to work at night but that's it, the rest is day time hours.
