Join our team as a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) for our brands OPUS & someday directly at our campus in Oelde, in the region of Münster / Bielefeld / Dortmund.

What to expect
You will provide comprehensive and professional support to our end customers and trade partners.
You are a strong communicator, both via email and phone.
You will provide administrative and organizational support to the C-Service team in a highly diverse range of tasks.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes through various project work.
You will be in close communication with our Digital Sales team and IT.
What you bring
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
Excellent communication skills via email and phone (fluent in German and English).
Enjoy advising and supporting our customers and trade partners.
Enjoy working with a variety of digital tools and systems.
Open, positive attitude with a strong focus
