At Wilson Medical Center, a 294-bed facility, we bring new and innovative programs to those who matter the most - our community.
It is with great pride, we offer Growing Tree Child Care Center on-site daycare where children are offered a nurturing, safe environment centered around the needs of each child.

This program is designed to support new nurses as they develop proficiency in both their new role and our organization's culture.
Through a blended learning experience that combines online modules with preceptor/mentor support, this program bridges the gap between academic preparation and practice to boost clinical confidence.
Program Overview and Benefits:
Our RN Resident Apprenticeship Program spans the first year of employment and consists of three (3) phases:
Program Eligibility:
Graduation from a Nursing Education program with less than one year experience as a RN
