$78,000- $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via text and in person
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Educate customers on the benefits of solar
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accountable
Hungry for success
High school diploma; college is a plus
