• Estimator**We are looking for an
  EXPERIENCED person in the roof industry to handle the daytoday operations of our roofing division. This person must be an organized selfmotivated individual who can effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and other team members to accomplish the project scope on schedule, within budget, and to the specified level of quality. The position requires someone that has
  commercial
  estimating, superintendent and overall roofing experiences with the ability to oversee roofing projects as well as making contact with current clients and potential clients to obtain new roofing jobs. Must have computer skills and be able to read and understand blueprints to do take offs for job estimating purposes. Duties include being responsible for managing all phases of roofing projects from organizing the project to final completion of the project. Good customer service and communication skills are a MUST.

• Meeting with clients to give accurate estimates on roof replacements and repairs
• Contacting existing and potential clients to help sell roofing jobs
• Scheduling projects
• Ordering materials
• Communicating with all parties (customers, suppliers, office staff) to ensure the project progresses efficiently
• Supervising roofing crews to ensure the projects are completed in an efficient, timely manner
• Responsible for promoting roofing division to bring in new clientele
