We are a national healthcare group looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

A Business Development Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


About the Company
We are a healthcare network that provides care to patients in the nursing home setting.


Responsibilities

  • Effective sales of our services to Management and Directors of nursing homes.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with regional director and operations team to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Manage Physicians and other clinical specialist
  • Monthly reporting
  • Travel to assigned territory

Requirements:


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM Management system
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent
  • Long term care or wound care experience preferred
