A Business Development Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.About the Company
We are a healthcare network that provides care to patients in the nursing home setting.
Responsibilities
- Effective sales of our services to Management and Directors of nursing homes.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with regional director and operations team to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Manage Physicians and other clinical specialist
- Monthly reporting
- Travel to assigned territory
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM Management system
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- AA/AS degree or equivalent
- Long term care or wound care experience preferred
