For our HR department, we are looking for a

Head of Human Resources (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising and supporting managers on all HRrelated topics
  • Actively participating in the development and optimization of HR processes
  • Developing a culture of appreciation that supports company goals
  • Planning and implementing HR measures
  • Recruiting personnel using modern selection tools
  • Personnel development, including needs assessment
  • Ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations and processes
  • Collaboration with the works council, associations, and external service providers
  • Managing a team of 4 employees

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Experience in personnel procurement and personnel marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • Excellent knowledge of labor, tax, social security, and
