We are currently seeking Call Center Agents/Telephone Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer management team in the field of dental insurance in Obetz, OH.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) or Call Center Agent (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

Providing advice to existing and new customers regarding dental insurance via phone and email (no cold calling)
Creating customized offers for dental insurance
Recording and maintaining customer data and handling applications
Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
Assisting in the continuous development of our comparison offers

Qualifications:

Commercial education (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or experience in the insurance industry
Previous experience in customer service
Strong customer orientation and a friendly phone manner
Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and in a structured manner
Handson mentality with attention to detail
Enthusiasm for digital business models
