Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and complaints.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Report on violation of company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Organize and attend retail events to help customers

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales or related fields
  • Reliable transportation is a plus, not a requirement
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
