This is what awaits you:


  • You will be part of a young, dynamic team and coordinate the daily personnel deployment planning in the live operation of our TV studios, taking into account the Working Time Act and the Temporary Employment Act
  • You will act as the central point of contact for all involved interfaces and will be in regular communication with the live crew and your colleagues
  • You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all relevant data in the personnel planning software and time recording system
  • You will actively contribute to the optimization of our processes
  • You will create KPI reports and support the team leader in evaluations and statistics
  • You will transmit all data relevant for payroll to HR

  • Commercial education
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel planning desired
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Willingness to work shifts (6 am to 7 pm) and weekends
