We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as an apprentice in retail management (m/f/d).

As an apprentice at Avon, you will not just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team and will be closely involved with our customers.

You will learn everything there is to know about the retail industry in a hands-on and direct way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working in one of our Avon stores as part of your practical training. You will learn about all aspects of retail management, from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as customer service and how to interact with customers.
Attending a local vocational school to receive theoretical training for the duration of your 3year apprenticeship.
Taking on some departmental responsibilities during your apprenticeship.
In your third year, you will be prepared for more challenging tasks and will gain indepth knowledge of inventory and personnel management, so that you can eventually step in for your store manager.
