- Handle all resident interactions with hospitality and professionalism
- Assist with packages, messages, and resident requests efficiently
- Manage building access for vendors and residents
- Stay informed about local attractions and services for residents
- Update homeowner profiles and input special arrangements accurately
- Collaborate with the Hotel to ensure seamless resident experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas
- Assist with other residential duties as needed
- Prior experience in Residential Services, preferably in a luxury setting
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the local Nashville area is a plus
