Our client from Oldenburg is one of the leading German design agencies in the field of branding, packaging design, and final artwork for the food industry.

The team of 47 creative minds develops brand and design solutions with passion for national and international retail companies.

To support our client at their location in Oldenburg, we are currently looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) in Controlling/ Financial Accounting
part-time hours/ week)

Responsibilities:

Operational and strategic controlling with documentation for the management
Creating and evaluating budgets and liquidity plans, KPIs, forecasts, reports, and price deviations
Providing monthly and annual financial statements
Project analysis in terms of profitability and productivity
Internal and external contact for financial accounting, (payroll) accounting, and balance sheet
If necessary, taking on reception and office tasks

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial accounting
Independent, structured, and disciplined way of working
Experience in preparatory accounting and cash management
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel, and specialized financial and accounting programs
Secure handling of business figures
Punctuality, reliability, and confidentiality are important to you
Very good analytical, conceptual, and forwardthinking mindset
High level of communication and teamwork skills
