- Participate in the HR Day-to-Day task within an employee's lifecycle including new hires, exposure to employee relations, adherence to policies, employment changes, and terminations.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in screening, reviewing, and attracting talent
- Assist with processing payroll and tax reviews
- Focus on communications, education of employees, and audits related to benefits
- Participate with an I-9 audit
- Perform other task assigned
- Proficient communication, phone, and people skills
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- Eager to learn and have a variety of HR courses completed
- Proven strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple and varying tasks, and a quick learner
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and meet deadlines
- Basic proficiency of Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Students actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business management with an emphasis/focus in Human Resource Management.
