    SUMMER INTERNSHIP Roles and Responsibilities:

    The roles and responsibilities of an Internal Audit Summer Intern vary and may include but are not limited to:
    • Collaborate with finance and IT areas to develop and execute audit plans for data analytics, serving specific financial processes.
    • Utilize data extraction tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) to retrieve and analyze relevant data sets related financial processes.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of source records, including completeness and accuracy.
    • Identify anomalies, trends, and patterns within source data and analyzed data, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for process improvement.
    • Assist in the development of data-driven audit procedures and testing strategies to assess specific financial process controls.
    • Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to share insights, progress updates, and lessons learned.
    Position Requirements:

    We are looking for highly resourceful and analytical undergraduate college students with the following attributes:
    • GPA Requirement: 3.4.
    • Intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
    • Analytical and creative thinker; the ability to manipulated and interpret large datasets.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
    • Ambitious and capable of working independently; proactive attitude towards professional development.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office toolsWord, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau).
