Our company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support and services to our diverse client base.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advocacy, crisis intervention, and case management services to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate the social services system and achieve self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate human service needs in areas such as affordable housing, healthcare, transportation, employment, training, domestic violence, and food assistance.
  • Develop and maintain household budgets for clients.
  • Manage cases involving clients experiencing periodic crises.
  • Transport clients in agency vehicle when necessary.
  • Assist at reception desk as needed and perform interoffice mail delivery.
  • Maintain client files and complete timely progress notes.
  • Attend staff meetings, inservice training, relevant seminars, and workshops.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and records as needed.
  • Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with agency policy.

Qualifications:


  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in the human services field.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of the Social Services system.
  • Awareness and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of diverse populations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, client service, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience using a database case management system.
  • Valid driver's license.
