What to expect
As an audit manager, you will be responsible for the professional management and motivation of project teams, while also acting as the central point of contact for our clients
Annual and consolidated financial statement audits in the financial services industry, particularly for banks and credit institutions in both national and international settings
Rapid learning curve and close collaboration with experienced auditors
Perspective change through international assignments or the opportunity to participate in special audits according to § 44 KWG on behalf of BaFin (e.g. organizational, credit, coverage audits)
Flexibility and variety with the option to work from home or in the office, overtime regulations, and subsidized savings accounts for extended breaks in addition to 30 days of vacation per year
What you bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree and relevant professional experience in the annual audit of banks and/or financial service providers according to HGB and/or in the audit of reporting packages according to IFRS
First leadership experience combined with strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English
High level of motivation, service orientation, and initiative
