    About the role
    The key part of this role is dealing with the myriad of IT services required to support a large and varied training environment and the management of all IT assets in line with the academic cycle. A major part of the role is to optimise IT service support and customer satisfaction across the college to ensure a secure customer focused and efficient service is provided. Analysing the performance of the service and developing processes to ensure customer needs and expectations are met whilst maintaining security protocols is a must.

    The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining ICT Infrastructure, MacOS, Microsoft Windows in a medium sized enterprise environment. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to acquire and effectively use new skills in the support of hardware, and software applications in this constantly changing field.

    A major factor will be demonstrating the ability to identify client needs and expectations and provide a flexible and responsive service in an IT Help and Service Desk environment.
