Your Role: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will take on the overall responsibility for the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will delegate responsibilities, manage budgets, control costs, and lead a team to deliver outstanding food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Team Management: Delegate responsibilities to managers and team members, providing training, coaching, and discipline as needed.
Financial Management: Manage P&L, budgets, labor costs, food costs, and inventory to achieve business goals.
Guest Satisfaction: Foster a guest-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a salaried General Manager in a casual or quick-casual full-service restaurant.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to train and motivate a team.
