Welcome to Capri by Fraser Leipzig - an international hotel with a family atmosphere.

We are looking for new members to join our F&B team.

Start immediately or by arrangement.

The Frasers Hospitality Group is represented in Germany with the brands Capri by Fraser and Fraser Suites and currently operates four hotels in the cities of Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, and Leipzig.

Capri by Fraser Leipzig opened in the summer of 2020.

Join us and help shape a new international hotel with a family atmosphere in the heart of the beautiful city of Leipzig - starting immediately or by arrangement

Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting the F&B team
Ordering goods, taking inventory
Shift planning, timekeeping
Responsible for the operational implementation of our events and catering to conference guests
Training your F&B team
Quality assurance and compliance with hygiene guidelines HACCP

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the F&B sector, especially in breakfast service
A wellgroomed appearance and a courteous and confident manner are a given for you.
The wishes of our guests are your top priority. You are a passionate host and enjoy interacting with people from different cultures.
You are a team player and able to work independently. Stressful situations are no problem for you, as you handle them with a smile.
