Global Chemicals has been identified as a strategic growth area for the company with expansion opportunities in the US, Europe and developing markets, particularly Asia.

Global Chemicals has 14 operational facilities in the US, Europe, and Asia, and sells a significant portion of its products through Thermo Fisher customers channels group in major Western markets.

$21.15/hr

Discover Impactful Work:

The Warehouseperson role encompasses the functions of Putaway, Packer, Labeler, Loader, Picker, and Receiver in various departments on site. Directs, stages and places all material in or outside the building.


A day in the Life:


  • Check incoming and/or outgoing merchandise, verifying quantities, correctness of materials, etc.
  • Enter shipping and receiving data in the computer as required. Perform general warehouse duties as needed, such as arranging stock and taking cycle counts.
  • Use manual and automatic materials handling equipment as required in handling merchandise in connection with the employee's work (including loading and unloading of trucks).
  • Unpack, packs or repacks merchandise as required.
  • Responsible for working safely and is expected to do all possible to minimize downtime and materials losses.

Keys to Success:


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a chemical environment in preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including detail orientation and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work alternately in a seated or standing position is required
