Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Complete daily logs and documentation.
Report any discrepancies or damages to management.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker (experience in a similar role is preferred but not required).
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Forklift certification is a plus.
