Description

Program Manager

Working with project manager to embed change activities in the project plan Skills and Experience
Assisting in embedding changes and new behaviours throughout the project
Ensuring the Change Management tools are being applied appropriately, with the right stakeholders
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Problem solving and root-cause identification skills

Skills and Experience:

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Exemplar active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
