Assists project manager or line manager within project leadership in planning and delivering defined work scope on a project to meet agreed schedule and budget.
Acts as a package lead or area lead within a project.
Prepares regular project reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Follows-up closely on actions and mitigation activities in the project risk management plan.
Organizes and conducts effective work sessions (like PDR meetings; etc.).
Supports the PM in ensuring compliance to the project management process (CPDP) throughout project life cycle.
Ensures compliance with engineering, SHE and work standards and associated procedures, to ensure the assets meet business needs and satisfy external regulators.
Assist the PM in planning, managing and controlling allocation of resources, to ensure that Customer requirements are met at the optimum cost.
Contributes to the planning and execution of sourcing strategy for projects or programs, including negotiation, appointment, control and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners.
Work with SME's, Suppliers & Procurement to develop recommended spare parts list and cost estimate.
Actively manage supplier/ vendor performance to meet project quality, costs and schedule. And supports wider supplier relationship management activities including escalation.
Active participation of Mechanical Completion walkdown and follow up on closure of punch items recorded.
Assist C&Q team in system start-up, commissioning and qualification of systems and co-ordination of supplier/ vendor.
Management the system lifecycle documentation including as-built drawings and O&M package with supplier/ vendor in a timely manner.
Management of FAT and SAT events and documentation. Follow up on closure of deviations recorded from FAT and SAT.
Preparation of A0, A1, A2, and A3 Certificates for the responsible package/ area and participate in any required Go/No-Go C&Q Stage check points progression.
