_Assedo Consulting provides planning and public outreach services for infrastructure projects in the planning, design, and construction phases of development. _

• Bachelor's Degree in Urban or Transportation Planning, or Engineering

years of relevant project experience working in urban planning, community outreach or master's degree in Community Planning, or other related field years of relevant project experience);

• Ability to independently lead project assignments;
• Strong teamwork skills and character;
• Commitment to community improvement, education, engagement and stewardship;
• Strong communications and problemsolving skills (written and verbal);
• Positive attitude and outlook.

Examples of typical job duties include:

• Leading project and task assignments;
• Providing oversight and guidance to Outreach Managers, Coordinators, Specialists, and Junior Planners;
• Preparing preliminary project scopes, schedules and budgets;
• Developing outreach plans and strategies;
• Coordinating with clients on task assignments;
• Coordinating with internal and external project teams;
• Managing the visual presentation of technical concepts for the public;
• Creating GISbased data mapping;
• Leading content development and data analysis efforts;
• Preparing recommendations based on analyzed data;
• Facilitating client, field and community meetings;
• Reviewing project databases and accompanying reports;
• Writing outreach and/or planning documents for projects; and
• Measuring the success of outreach strategies and recommending refinements;

We are conveniently located in the Baltimore region and Prince George's County, Maryland.


Pay:
From $77,000.00 per year
