Full-timeCompensation: $15 -17 HourlyAbout The Role Sandstone Care is a leading provider of comprehensive addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults.

Our facility in Cascade is a teen residential treatment center, serving clients ages 13-17 who are in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where they may interact with and be around this age group and demographic with mental health concerns.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the care and services that Sandstone Care provide and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff, contributing to the overall well-being and positive atmosphere of the facility.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all common areas, client rooms, and other designated spaces are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any maintenance issues or repairs.
Uphold health and safety standards, following all relevant protocols and guidelines.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a healthcare or treatment facility is a plus.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
