    We are looking for a Part Time Housekeeper that can work apx 25 hours per week (flexible schedule, possible weekend days).

    Starting at $15.00 per hour (depending on experience). Normal Housekeeping hours are 8am to 4:30pm, possible Saturday hours. Possibility for more hours if there is a call off and you are available to cover. This position provides Vacation and Sick pay within the first year (20 hours each). We are on the main bus routes, if you use public transportation. When you work, you eat for free We are certified as "A Great Place to Work". Position SummaryThe Housekeeper delivers services with a hospitality focus in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standards. Reports to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor.

    QualificationsMust have high school diploma or equivalentPrior healthcare experience preferredPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesCleans assigned areas in prescribed time with proper cleaning products:

    occupied and vacant units, patios, decks, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, public restrooms, laundry room, dining areas, etcVacuums, dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, windows/glass, high and low levels, sanitizes, polish/conditioning wood, etcStocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low suppliesProperly stores equipment, tools and suppliesAdvises supervisors of bulb replacement needsReports any repairs, mechanical or equipment needs to supervisorReports any questionable resident behaviors or unacceptable conditions to supervisorReports any resident concerns or complaints to supervisorAdditional RequirementsMust enjoy serving seniorsMust have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as a willingness to handle difficult residentsMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionMust perform efficiently and effectively with little to no supervisionMaintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etcMaintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informationDisplays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance trainingWho We AreAt Century Park Associates, we are dedicated to creating an enriching lifestyle for our residents and a rewarding work environment for our valued associates.
