    Responsibilities:


    Generate and run financial reports for the sales teamMaintenance and administration tasks within Salesforce.comOrder marketing materials for advisors, prospective advisors, and sales teamWork through call campaigns to fill conferences, webinars, and regional events when neededWork collaboratively with other departments in order to complete assigned tasksProvide back-up support to the Front Desk AdministratorOther duties that may be assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal and phone skillsDetail-orientedOrganizedEffective with time management/prioritizationActive listenerQuick learnerGrowth mindsetStrong written and verbal communicationProficient in MS Office applicationsAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyEducation & Experience:B.A.

    or B.S (4-year degree)

    Sales or customer service experience a plusCompensation:
    The Base Salary range for this position is between $45,000-$50,000.

    This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.

    This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
    Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
