We are currently looking for a talented Front Office Supervisor for
The Quoin Hotel,** who enjoys the hospitality industry and supervising a team.

  • The position requires the supervision of the daytoday Front Office operations to ensure the highest level of service to our guests, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
  • Keeps the Front Desk team focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results.
  • Ensures compliance with all Front Office policies, standards and procedures.
  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information for property and local attractions.
  • Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc.

Requirements:


  • Previous Front Office supervisory experience.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, management, coworkers and vendors.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Computer knowledge in Windows environment as well as proficiency in property management system.
  • Experience with cost controls and yield management.
  • Ability to work a variety of varying schedules.
  • Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and the public.
