We are looking for a Recruiter m/f/d to join our team in Clawson, MI.


This position is crucial as you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for various departments such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and others.


As a Recruiter m/f/d, your responsibilities will include:
Tasks

  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system to organize hiring activities, including posting job ads and reviewing applicants
  • Building a good relationship with applicants and selecting suitable candidates for hiring managers
  • Actively sourcing candidates for our open positions through job boards, networks, social media, and other methods
  • Effectively managing the hiring process with all applicants, including providing feedback, making offers, and facilitating the onboarding process to build a positive employer brand
  • Working closely with HR and department managers to understand their hiring needs and influence hiring decisions
  • Assisting with hiring projects
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter or in a recruitment agency is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • A team player
  • Fluent English skills are required
