    Job DescriptionA PMI Assistant Property Manager will perform property management duties and tasks that involve coordinating, supervising, and assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations of the community.

    ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and supervise all business functionsAssist and/or support leasing and marketing effortsAssist in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leasesAssist in the communication and adherence to community policies and procedures to ensure quality customer serviceHelp maintain rent rolls and bank balancesNegotiate and oversee maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenantsPrepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization formsMonitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and ownersConduct physical inspections of all propertiesSend out electronic late notices and make collection callsPrepare online rent statements for all tenantsSupport sales staff in entering data and work requestsQualificationsCurrent real estate license or ability to acquire within 1 year2+ years of property management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation: $ $25.00 per hour About Property Management IncFounded in 2008, Property Management Inc.
